ACCIONA is proud to launch the second edition of ACCIONA’s Academy Program, a unique opportunity for pen-ultimate Degree or Master students who are willing to learn and undertake new challenges. Following the programs’ success, the Second Edition of ACCIONA’s Academy Program is here, an exclusive professional training program brought to you by the world leader group in sustainable solutions for infrastructure and renewable energy.
ACCIONA’s Academy Program II Australian Edition coming soon! Applications are now open until 31 st August and must include a cover letter highlighting why you would like to be part of the Academy, and are subject to online assessments.
Participants who experienced the First Edition were able to confirm that ACCIONA’s Academy Program is a high-level training experience that provides participants with an unparalleled opportunity working in a professional environment. This initiative to promote and support professional growth and training opportunities has been equally successful in several countries like Chile, Australia or Spain.
A unique experience
ACCIONA’s Academy Program initiative stands on three pillars:
- Developing professional soft skills that will help the students thrive in their future careers such as leadership, team and incentive driven work, communication and effective presentation skills. The participants will also work on aspects related with the prevailing era of digital technology in working environments.
- ACCIONA Experiences: Students will be able to know first-hand, with the help of ACCIONA’s leading industry professionals, how a big corporation, recognised as the world leader in sustainability and environmental care, works.
- Final Project: The attendants will have to solve a real case study in teams. They will work hard to contribute innovative solutions, that they will then present before an expert panel who will give feedback on their assessment.
Other benefits of participating in ACCIONA’s Academy Program are the possibility of being recruited for ACCIONA’s Internship Program, whilst also providing a great opportunity to building a network with colleagues and professionals of the company.
Requirements
If you´re in your pen-ultimate year of a Degree or Master in Civil, Industrial or other type of Engineering, Economics or Administration and Business Management, you could be one of the chosen participants for the Second Edition of ACCIONA’s Academy Program.
In addition, ACCIONA’s Academy Program candidates must fulfil another two requirements:
– Proficient English skills (C1 minimum). Other languages will be also appreciated
– Good academic record.
Registration and selection procedure
This first professional endeavour for pen-ultimate Degree or Master Students begins by signing up on ACCIONA’s Academy Program website. The deadline for registration in the ACCIONA’s Academy Program II Edition in Australia is 31st August. Don’t miss this opportunity and apply here!
ACCIONA’s Academy Program will progress those candidates with a profile complying with the aforementioned requirements through a selection process, which will comprise of the following stages:
– A phone interview
– An aptitude test
– An English test
– A personality test
– A personal interview
The Second Edition in Australia will be held at ACCIONA’s corporate headquarters from November 25th – 29th (inclusive).
