In ACCIONA we have launched a pilot project that uses
a game as a learning method.The aim is for employees to get
acquainted with our competency model and the meaning of each
competency – and you could say that it’s child’s play!

The game is easy and lasts just 5 to 10 minutes, time enough for
users to display their skill and agility. After passing each game
level, players receive information on each competence. And to keep
them motivated, they are ranked according to how quickly they get
through the game.

There are many ways to learn and there are certain things that
you can learn by playing. Did you ever learn anything by playing a
