After previous editions held in Australia, Mexico, Spain and Chile, this program is synonym to high-level training, offering participants the unique chance to work within a professional environment. The four fundamental pillars to this experience are:
– Training of professional skills with the brightest future: You will work on several soft skills, such as: leadership, team work, communication and effective presentation of ideas. The participants will also work on aspects related with the prevailing era of digital technology.
– ACCIONA Experiences: Students will be able to know first-hand, with the help of prestigious professionals from ACCIONA, how a big corporation, recognized as the world leader in sustainability and environmental care, operates.
– Career counseling: participants will have tutorials sessions with our Human Resources team to receive advice and guidance for the beginning of their professional career.
– Final Project: Participants will have to solve a real case study. They will work together to contribute with the best and most innovative solutions.
Requirements to participate in the experience
– Previous-to-last year of a Bachelor or Master’s degree.
– Proficient English skills. Other languages will be also taken into account.
– Good academic record.
