FORM FOR THE EXERCISE OF RIGHTS RELATING TO PERSONAL DATA

ACCIONA makes available to Users the following form to facilitate the exercise of rights in terms of personal data protection. For this purpose, we will ask for certain information related to the identification of the data subject and its contact details, with which business area of ACCIONA the data subject  has had the relationship , and with the right the data subject wants to exercise. If necessary, we may request a valid document of identification.

The data tagged with (*) are mandatory and without which we will not be able to meet the request. Due to the size of ACCIONA Group and its diversity of activities and businesses, it is highly recommended that you provide us with the rest of the information requested so that we can answer to your request as swift as possible.

All information provided through this form will be considered confidential and will be used exclusively for the purpose of registration and processing the exercise of requested rights. The data will be kept for a period of three years.

ACCIONA will answer the request within a maximum period of one month from receipt of such request. This period may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received.

    You have the right to know:
